What is a "Tier" of cake ?
Each tier of cake consists of two layers of cake (each layer is about 2" tall). So, that means each tier is approximately 4" tall.
A standard serving of wedding cake is a 1X2X4" slice.
Two - 2" layers of cake per tier = $3.25/slice
Add a standard pastry filling or mousse = $3.45/slice
Add premium filling or chiffon = $3.65/slice
Two - 2" layers of cake per tier = $3.50/slice

Gourmet Cupcakes - $2.00 each
Called "Kitchen Cakes" instead of sheet cakes because they are the same height as a tier of wedding cake - approximately 4" tall. These are NOT a single layer sheet cake. Double layer sheet cakes with no decoration are a less expensive way to add servings of cake. These "Kitchen Cakes" are held in the kitchen area, then cut and served along with your wedding cake.
